”While in my 30’s, I had a precious New York period. I lived at the Grail center in Brooklyn and cooked breakfast for about 35 young women who were in training to go to other countries in professional service – a sort of early Peace Corps. After this I was free the rest of the day to explore the city and undertake all sorts of art learning.
